PRESSURE ASSISTED FLARES - SINGLE STREAM OR DUAL STREAM
JLCC offers pressure-assisted flare systems utilizing the gas pressure to induce satisfying air into our flare burners containing tested and proven the best mixing devices in the world.
GAS-ASSISTED FLARES - SINGLE STREAM OR DUAL STREAM
Our gas-assisted flare systems utilize a gas source on site to induce lower pressure gases and also air into our flare burners also containing tested and proven the best mixing devices in the world.
AIR-ASSISTED FLARES - SINGLE STREAM OR DUAL STREAM
JLCC's air-assisted flare systems stage air in two zones. Primary air and secondary air. Our air-assisted flares are properly engineered to induce primary air in stage one of mixing and secondary air is added by way of blower in the second stage of mixing. This combination of staged air has been used in process burner design for many years and ensures complete smokeless operation.
QUAD O COMBUSTOR SYSTEMS
ENCLOSED COMBUSTORS / EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES
Our wide range of Enclosed Combustion Devices are designed with our Patented pressure-assisted technology. We offer open-bottom combustors as well as enclosed-bottom combustors. All JLCC combustors offer staged air to ensure smokeless operation and also reduce significant noise vibration when operated within firing parameters.

JLCC offers Low-Pressure Combustors / Emission Control Devices for the complete combustion of tank flash to meet the demands of regulation being enforced today. These devices are designed for a single ounce pressure stream. Typically, these are used in multiples and controlled in sequence to destroy flash and gas from oil and condensate tanks and batteries. All of our enclosed-flame devices are equipped with auto-relight pilots using K-type thermocouple flame indication as well as regulated inlet with pressure transmitter to relieve at start/stop settings.
Our Standard ECD is designed to meet 40 CFR 60.5413d and is open-bottom for air intake.
Our Deluxe ECD is designed to meet 40 CFR 60.5413d, has an enclosed windbox, utilizing air cells (flame cells) for air intake.
Our difference? We meet 100% firing rate just like our units are sold and at very low pressures.
